		Remote System Access - Client/Matter Address Book

By default, you may not be able to resolve addresses from your Matter Number Alias address book in Outlook. This requires a setting change in order for Outlook to recognize this. If you are unable to resolve a Client/Matter address, please follow the instructions below.

• Log in to the Remote Terminal Server at http://remote.millermartin.com

• Open Outlook and go to your Contacts

• Right click on the Address Book called Matter Number Aliases and click on Properties

• A new window will open up, click on the Outlook Address Book tab and check the box Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book then click OK
